HoneyBee

Terms of Service

Effective May 28, 2026

Welcome to HoneyBee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HoneyBee (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HoneyBee. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post — including reviews, collections, photos of your makes, and designer submissions. By posting content, you grant HoneyBee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service in order to operate and promote it. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Patterns and third-party content

HoneyBee helps you discover patterns and links to their original sources. We do not host or sell the patterns themselves, and pattern rights belong to their respective designers and publishers. Access to, purchase of, and use of any pattern is subject to the terms of the site or designer that provides it. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, availability, or quality of third-party patterns.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harassing.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Copyright and takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on HoneyBee infringes your copyright, email us at tbouvier44@gmail.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on the Service, and your contact information. We will review and remove infringing content where appropriate.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any pattern or information is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoneyBee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HoneyBee operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
