Full skirt, soft drape, and ruffle straps. This one does it all. We're making a ruffle pitur. It gives a full and flowy a-ine skirt, structured suspenders that crisscross in the back, and some ruffles for a little delightful detail. Along the way, we'll learn how to build a full skirt straight off the waistband for a natural drape and also no sewing and a secret cinching hack for an adjustable fit. We're using all basic stitches for this project. This tutorial is made for a size small, but you can adjust it for your size.
