This monkey lovey crochet pattern was originally designed as a gift for a friend of mine’s new born baby. As such, this is an ideal new born baby gift with the embroidered eyes option. This is an intermediate crochet pattern using worsted weight yarn. This monkey lovey crochet pattern does require color changing, crocheting in the round, and lemon peel stitch. In short, if you can color change comfortable and follow instructions, even beginners could pick up this pattern and start crocheting.
