A feminine peplum top with an empire waist and flared hem. It uses the suzette stitch for the bodice to provide a dense, opaque texture, while the peplum is worked with extra increases for a ruffle effect. Made with Baby Bernat Sport (~600 yards for size S) and a 4.0 mm hook.
